We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Infrastructure/Automation Engineer to join our busy team based from our Datacentre in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.  You will be responsible for the day-to-day proactive management and support of servers, storage and associated technologies which provide the foundation for CANCOM UK and customer services.  Working as part of a team, the ideal candidate needs to be flexible to accommodate customer requirements and possess the drive to provide a high level of customer service.  In addition to this, good problem solving and troubleshooting skills along with the ability to step logically through issues and clearly communicate with stakeholders.

Expert Group Security - Technical InfoSec 

Department: Group Security

We are now recruiting for an Expert Group Security role focusing on Technical InfoSec. This role will include reviewing and analysing of CERT/NCSC alerts and notifications, providing guidance on how to implement InfoSec from a technical point of view as well as on how to handle vulnerabilities e.g. CVEs. collaboration engineer

Department: CANCOM C&C Service Desk

The Collaboration Engineer (3rd Line) role will form part of a team to help deliver post project support to CANCOM customers. In addition to customer-based support duties the role includes tier 3 support for CANCOM's own VOIP network. Engineers are required at points to attend customer sites to assist with troubleshooting/fault finding. The role includes an element of out of hours support based on a rota system after successful completion of probationary period.
