You will play a key role in ensuring and verifying that contractual obligations have appropriate SLAs and that commercial and technical resource are in place to allow new services to be adopted and supported. This will involve ensuring the validity of requirements that have been captured, making sure they are accurate and sufficiently detailed, and that the necessary due diligence has been conducted. You will own and be responsible of ensuring the success of every Transition activity you are assigned.
We are now recruiting for a Level 3 SOC Analyst. You will be responsible for helping the Level 1 & 2 teams resolve tickets whilst performing post analysis work such as threat hunting for further issues around a resolved incident. You will also review asset discovery and vulnerability assessment data. You will explore ways to identify stealthy threats that may have found their way inside your network, without your detection, using the latest threat intelligence.

You will be working as part of a fantastic, handpicked team and be responsible for the day to day management of our Data Centre and wide area networks both internally and on behalf of our customer base. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for managing all the technical aspects of CANCOM’s relationship with their assigned customers. The TAM will work collaboratively with our customers by developing a working knowledge of their goals, technical challenges and infrastructure configurations to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Through a detailed understanding of a customer’s infrastructure, the TAM will become a trusted technical advisor working to develop solutions that match the customer’s business requirements.
Working as part of a hand-picked team you’ll be working within the Transitions Team delivering internal high-profile projects and supporting transitions of new and extended contracts into our rapidly expanding customer base. You will play a key role in ensuring and verifying the scope of the projects can be met delivering the appropriate SLAs and that commercial and technical resource are in place to allow new services to be adopted and supported.
