This role will include reviewing and analysing of CERT/NCSC alerts and notifications, providing guidance on how to implement InfoSec from a technical point of view as well as on how to handle vulnerabilities e.g. CVEs. The role will also include the tracking of technical information security issues and reviewing IT concepts to investigate whether they are appropriate from an InfoSec point of view.

Controlling and monitoring policies and processes related to information security, IT risk management, business continuity management and cloud security. This candidate will liaise with local site representation regarding accreditation and standards to ensure processes and policies are up to date, maintained and accurate.
The Collaboration Engineer (3rd Line) role will form part of a team to help deliver post project support to CANCOM customers. In addition to customer-based support duties the role includes tier 3 support for CANCOM's own VOIP network. Engineers are required at points to attend customer sites to assist with troubleshooting/fault finding. The role includes an element of out of hours support based on a rota system after successful completion of probationary period.
